Club Nights: Club nights run on Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm on courts 1-4 for WarwickSquash members. Just turn up and play! All abilities welcome.

Coventry 'friendly' varsity: Before squash can officially be considered a part of varsity, a friendly must be played. Upcoming in week 2, we shall trash them!

Fitness Sessions: You get fit to play Squash, not play squash to get fit! Come join us for fitness sessions starting this term on Thursdays

About the Club

The Club

The Squash Club at Warwick is one of the biggest sports clubs in University, with over 200 members in the last academic year. We are a successful club, not just in motivating a lot of participation from the Warwick population in squash, one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, but also in promoting the Warwick brand with dazzling performances in a number of different league and cup competitions around the country.

Teams

We enter three mens teams and one ladies team in the BUCS leagues, where we have teams in all three divisions of the mens Midlands university leagues, and hope to build on some very impressive results that we achieved in 09/10. We are also entering three mens teams in Monday night adult leagues where we play in divisions 2, 4 and 5 of the Warwickshire Leagues, at a very high, and competitive standard.

Success for all

Warwick Squash are keen to celebrate everyones success on the court and so we run weekend trips to local tournaments for all standards. In the last few months we've celebrated 6 trophies from a number of tournaments and are keen to continue this success throughout the year. We also run a competitive ladder through the year with a prize for the top player at the close of the season. The club also offers coaching sessions for all level of players to help everyone chase down the success they're after.

Socials

There are weekly socials open to all club members - a great oppertunity to meet other players, make some new friends, and have a drink or two! We have socials at Pop! (Wednesdays), trips to Kasbah in coventry, around Leamington and the occasional curry. It's all good fun, so come along!

Tour

The club runs many tours through the year to a number of local tournaments, climaxing in the annual international tour. In the past this has been to Slovenia, Cyprus, Portugal and Ireland.
